These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.
A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.
The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
